 During Individual Therapy, your counselor will build a relationship with you, establish trust, and provide an environment where you can feel safe and free to discuss matters that many of us face at times. We are all unique individuals that experience obstacles in our lives that may seem too big to handle alone. Our therapists are here for you. In each session, your therapist will listen to you and assist you in understanding some of the challenges and feelings of uncertainty you may be experiencing. You and your therapist will develop positive strategies and skills to help with navigating issues when they arise.
